She later became Vice President of Hightower Associates, where she trained and supervised companion teams while working alongside renowned interventionist Earl Hightower. Together, they trained interventionists throughout the United States and Canada. Over time, Zan developed a reputation for her unusually high success rate in psychiatric intervention and long-term case management — particularly in situations that required strategic thinking, nuanced communication, and sustained clinical oversight.
Recognizing the increasing complexity and acuity of the cases she was managing, Zan returned to school to earn her Master of Social Work (MSW), further deepening the clinical foundation behind her work.
Today, Eisley Consulting provides discreet, individualized support for clients and families navigating psychiatric crisis, substance use disorders, treatment transitions, and long-term recovery planning. Her approach is grounded in evidence-based care, ethical clinical practice, and the belief that no individual or family should be reduced to a diagnosis or a single moment in time.
Zan believes that meaningful intervention begins with understanding how a person experiences the world — how they hear, process, resist, protect, and survive. Her work is not simply about symptom management, but about restoring stability, dignity, connection, and the possibility of a different future.
At the center of Eisley Consulting is a simple philosophy: people are capable of repair, growth, and transformation when met with the right combination of structure, compassion, expertise, and hope.
